Instructions: I have found the Breakstone and Land-O-Lakes Fat Free Sour Creams to work better than a lot of the other brands.

I have mixed them with taco seasoning mixes, onion soup mixes, vegetable soup mix and spinach, and just about any seasoning combination - especially anything with horseradish and/or dill. Even the imitation bacon bits and horseradish work well if you want the flavor of bacon-horseradish dip without all the fat (the bacon bits soften very well if you let the flavors blend).

For sweet dips, if you want the taste of coconut milk without the high fat content, you can probably used fat-free sweetened condensed milk and coconut extract. You can also mix ff sour cream, honey, ginger, cinnamon (or whatever spices your prefer) for a fruit dip.

I tend to doctor any recipe I have, so you can pretty much adjust to the your tastes.
