Instructions: 1. Cut 12 large circles from the bread and press into non-stick deep bun or muffin tins.
2. Place in a preheated oven 190 C, 375 F, Gas Mark 5 for 12-15 minutes until golden. 3. Cool on a wire rack. 4. Meanwhile, prepare the fillings. In one bowl mix the prawns, half the mayonnaise, tomato puree, salad onions and seasoning. In another mix the chicken sweetcorn, remaining mayonnaise and seasoning. Finally mix the cottage cheese and red pepper. Spoon the fillings into the bread baskets and serve immediately. NOTES : Crispy little baskets which can be served with a variety of fillings.
