2 tbl	fromage frais or yogurt
1 tsp	garlic dressing (or use clove of garlic)
1 tsp	mild curry powder

Blend everything until absolutely smooth. Decant into a bowl and serve with vegetable sticks (carrot, celery, courgettes [zucchini], cucumber, peppers....)
