Instructions: Place all the ingredients including the food processor bowl into the freezer for 30 minutes before using.
Place the flour butter and salt in the food processor and mix at high sped until the mixture become smooth. Add the egga and pour the iced water over slowly while mixing. Remove the dough and need gently by hand. Wrap the pastry in cling film and rest in the refrigerator for at leas 1 hour or until needed. Email this Recipe:
