2 x scallops

Instructions: * Note: Use the The Lilac Inns "Crab Cake" (see recipe) for the filling.

Layer scallops around crab cake filling, wrap with one piece of bacon. Bake in a 350 degree oven about 20 minutes until the bacon is thoroughly cooked.

Comments: You can alter the recipe with the addition of finely chopped green, yellow, and red bell peppers; finely chopped Vermont Cheddar cheese; and additional herbs and seasonings.
