3 tbl Olive oil
4 x Minced garlic cloves
1 x Sliced onion - crescent style
6 x Sliced mushrooms
2 x Thinly sliced carrots
2 x Sliced celery stalks
1 x Chopped tomato
1/2 lb Shrimp - peeled, cleaned
1/2 lb Scallops
1/2 cup White wine
1 tbl Oyster sauce
1 tbl Soy sauce
Instructions:
Instructions: Directions: In a wok, heat the olive oil until hot. Add the garlic, onion, mushrooms, carrots, celery, tomato, shrimp, and scallops. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Add the white wine, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and cover and simmer for 4 minutes. As an option, you can add cream of mushroom soup. Serve with rice or pasta.
