1 lb beef flank steak cut across grain
into thin strips
1 lb sea scallops
2 tbl teriyaki sauce
4 x skewers - (10" long)
----------------- OPTIONAL SEASONING ----------------
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 20 minutes. Preheat the grill to high heat.

Alternately thread 2 strips of steak and 4 scallops onto each skewer. Brush completely with the teriyaki sauce and grill for 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until the steak is cooked to desired doneness and the scallops are cooked through. Serve immediately.

This recipe yields 4 servings.

Comments: Season the cooked tenderloin with salt and pepper, if desired.
