Instructions: X Nonstick veg cooking spray; 1 tb Flour, whole-wheat; 1 c Milk, skim; 2 tb Bread crumbs; 187 x
*cals 9 x *mg chol 3 x *gm dietary fiber 3 1/2 x translucent. Add the potatoes and combine. Add the lemon juice, thyme, and salt, and mix. Spray a casserole dish with vegetable spray. Put half the potato mixture in the casserole and sprinkle with the flour. Add the rest of the potatoes. Pour in the skim milk, and sprinkle with the bread crumbs. Bake at 325F for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender and slightly browned on top. Makes 4 servings. Email this Recipe:
