Instructions: Flour and brown chops on one side in hot fat. Place 1/2 of the potatoes in a 3-quart greased baking dish. Top with cheese. Add remaining potatoes, place chops brown side up on potatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook onions in drippings-do not brown. Add soup and milk. Heat and pour over chops. Cover and bake at 350 F. for 1 hour. Remove cover and bake 20-30 minutes more.
