1 x (20 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1/4 cup butter
1 tbl flour
1/4 tsp pepper
2 cup seasoned croutons
1 sm onion, chopped finely
1 tbl sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
Instructions: In saucepan, melt butter. Add flour, salt, pepper and mustard and cook over low heat until smooth. Add tomatoes and 1 cup croutons. Mix well and pour into buttered casserole. Top with other cup of croutons and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. May be prepared in advance, except for topping.
