1/4 cup Olive oil
5 x Garlic cloves coarsely chopped
1 lb Bay scallops
3/4 cup Slivered red peppers
3/4 cup Slivered green peppers
1/4 cup Chopped onion
1/2 tsp Tabasco pepper sauce
1/4 tsp Salt
Instructions:
Instructions: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and saute the garlic until golden. Add the scallops, red and green peppers, Tabasco sauce, onion, and salt. Stir-fry until scallops turn white and vegetables are crisp tender. Stir in capers.

This recipe serves 4.

Comments: Tabasco sauce is a must in your cocktail or tartar sauce, or lemon butter for fish and seafood. Fish chowders, stews, creamed or au gratin dishes will vibrate with flavor with the addition of a few drops of the red sauce. Go carefully if shaking Tabasco sauce directly on fish or seafood since their flavor is delicate.
