Instructions: Remove the roe, clean and thinly slice the fresh scallops.
Mix all the other ingredients together and place into a container. Add the sliced scallops and leave in the marinade for approximately 20 minutes. Remove and place on to a plate with a little warm glazed endive. Drizzle with a little marinade. Email this Recipe:
