1 lb bay or calico scallops
(or sea scallops cut in quarters)
1/4 cup butter or margarine softened
1/3 cup minced green onion
1/4 tsp pressed garlic
2 tbl minced fresh parsley
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions:
Instructions: In a small bowl combine the butter or margarine, onions, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper.

Place scallops in four individual shells, ramekins or small oven proof bowls. Dot scallops with green onion butter mixture. Bake at 450 degrees for about 8 to 10 minutes. Serve immediately.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
