Instructions: Remove shell and the vein from the shrimp. Into a large frying pan put the olive oil and the garlic. Fry the garlic until it is brown and remove it. Put in the shrimp, tossing them gently and cook for about 2 or 3 minutes. Add the wine, red pepper and parsley; cover and simmer for 3 more minutes. Serve at once.
