10 x jumbo shrimp (1 LB)
2 oz brandy (or 1/4 cup white wine)
1 cup heavy cream
salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste.
1/2 tsp fresh chopped garlic
4 tbl butter
1 tbl chopped parsley
Instructions:
Instructions: In a saute pan heat oil and add garlic and cook to a pale golden color. Do not brown.

Add shrimp and saute about 3 minutes. Do not overcook! Add salt and fresh ground pepper to taste and poor in brandy to flambe.

Immediately poor in heavy cream and simmer about 4 minutes to reduce sauce.

Blend in butter and fresh parsley.

Serve with pasta or rice and fresh vegetables.

Chicken would easily substitute in these recipes.
