Instructions: In a saute pan heat oil and add garlic and cook to a pale golden color. Do not brown.
Add shrimp and saute about 3 minutes. Do not overcook! Add salt and fresh ground pepper to taste and poor in brandy to flambe. Immediately poor in heavy cream and simmer about 4 minutes to reduce sauce. Blend in butter and fresh parsley. Serve with pasta or rice and fresh vegetables.
