1 lb Potatoes boiled in skins
for twenty minutes
Salt to taste
Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
1 cup Sour cream
3 x Hard-boiled eggs chopped
1/4 cup Chopped onion
3 tbl Chopped fresh dill
Instructions:
Instructions: Drain boiled potatoes and remove skins. Cut into 1-inch chunks and place in mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper and toss with sour cream. Add eggs, onion, and dill, and toss again. Cool and refrigerate several hours before serving.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
