Instructions: Combine butter, egg and milk. Whisk together dry ingredients and add to egg mixture. Stir in half of the blossoms. Pour into greased mini- muffin pans. Sprinkle remining blossoms over the top surface of the muffins. Bake at 400 degrees for about 15 min., or until lightly browned. (20 muffins)
