Ingredients:

1/4 cup Melted butter
2 tbl Honey
1 tbl Minced parsley
1 tbl Grated lemon rind
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine butter, honey, parsley & lemon rind; brush 1/2 of mixture on lamb. Broil chops 3-4" from heat for 5-7 minutes. Turn & brush with remaining honey mixture; broil 5-7 minutes longer.

NOTE: Scotch chop
is breast of lamb, stuffed with ground lamb & sliced.
