Instructions: Sift together flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon, set aside.
Beat sugar and butter together until creamy, then add the eggs. Gradually blend in flour mixture alternately with 1/3 cup milk. Stir in the oats, raisins, nuts and butterscotch chips. Drop by well-rounded tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 14 to 16 minutes. Makes 4 dozen 3-inch cookies. Email this Recipe:
