Instructions: Break the eggs into a bowl and season. Add the milk and beat until just combined.
Heat the butter in a pan until it just sizzles. Add the egg mixture, lower the heat, allow to set slightly, then stir constantly with a wooden spoon until creamy. Add cream Serve immediately. Note: The mixture will continue to cook once the mixture has begun to set.
