6 tbl	Milk
1 pch	Nutmeg
	Salt and pepper
2 tbl	Butter
5 x	Calendula flowers, petals only, rinsed and chopped
4 slc	English muffins, buttered

Instructions:

Instructions: Beat the eggs with the milk and seasonings. Melt butter in a skillet and scramble the eggs. Stir in the chopped petals. Mound eggs on top of buttered muffin halves and sprinkle with grated cheese. Serve immediately.
