Instructions: Wash chicken. Put in bowl and sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Roll in self-rising flour. Place in 9x13 inch foil lined baking pan which has the foil buttered. Place small pats of butter on chicken and place in oven for 15 minutes, uncovered. Mix canned milk and water together and pour over chicken. Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer or until done.
