Instructions: Mix chocolate chips, cream cheese and evaporated milk in a saucepan.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth. Remove from heat and stir in 1/2 tsp. almond extract. Mix well;set aside. Combine remaining ingredients. Blend well until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press 1/2 crumbs (not too hard) in greased 9 x 13 pan. Spread with chocolate mixture. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 of crumbs over filling. Bake at 375 F for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown. Cool and cut into bars. Makes approx. 36 bars. Email this Recipe:
