Instructions: Mix together Jell-O and hot water and cool in refrigerator while preparing remaining ingredients. Cream together cream cheese, lemon juice and sugar and add vanilla. Whip cream until stiff. Combine Jell-O, cream cheese mixture and cream.
To make crust, mix together graham crackers, margarine and powdered sugar and press into bottom of a 13-by-9 inch pan. Then, top crust with Jell-O mixture. Chill overnight or for at least 6 hours. Email this Recipe:
