8 x Shrimp
2 x Lobster tails, just the meat
2 x Artichoke hearts, cut in
8 x Mushrooms, slice
2 oz Olive oil
2 oz Flour
8 oz Light cream
3 oz Romano cheese, grated
2 oz Snow or king crabmeat
Instructions:
Instructions: Saute shrimp, lobster tails, artichoke hearts and mushrooms in olive oil.

When the seafood is 75% cooked add flour; let cook three minutes and light cream, grated Romano cheese and crabmeat. Mix well Serve over cooked fettucine.
