1 can tuna in water, drained (12 1/2 oz.)
1/2 cup Miracle Whip or Miracle Whip Light dressing
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup chopped green peppers
1 jar chopped pimiento, drained (2 oz.)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs, divided
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix tuna, mustard, vegetables, pimiento, seasoning and 1/2 cup of the bread crumbs.

Shape mixture into 15 (2") balls.

Roll in remaining 3/4 cup bread crumbs, coating well.

Flatten balls into small patties.

Refrigerate 30 minutes.

Heat 1/2 cup oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add tuna patties. Cook 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown, adding additional oil as needed.

Remove from skillet; drain on paper towels.
