Instructions: Mix tuna, mustard, vegetables, pimiento, seasoning and 1/2 cup of the bread crumbs.
Shape mixture into 15 (2") balls. Roll in remaining 3/4 cup bread crumbs, coating well. Flatten balls into small patties. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Heat 1/2 cup oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add tuna patties. Cook 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown, adding additional oil as needed.
