1 cup	celery chopped
1 lb	crabmeat
1 lb	shrimp cooked
1/2 tsp	salt
	Black pepper to taste
2 tsp	Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp	Accent (MSG)
1/2 lb	mushrooms sliced
1 cup	mayonnaise
2 tsp	sherry optional

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine all ingredients except 3/4 cup of the crumbs. Place in buttered 1 13x9-inch casserole or individual buttered shells. Top with reserved crumbs. Bake in 350-degree oven for 30 minutes.
