Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 lb fillets (salmon, halibut, rockfish,, cod)
2 slc bacon, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 cup water or fish stock
1 cup raw potato,diced
2 cup milk
1 tsp salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Fry bacon until crisp; add onion and cook until tender. Add water and potatoes and simmer 10 minutes or until potatoes are partially tender. Add fish which which has been cut into one-inch cubes, and simmer until potatoes and fish are tender. Add milk and seasonings; heat thoroughly and serve immediately.
