Instructions: Use cooking spray to spray your bake proof shells. Place your scallops and shrimp in shells. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes at 425. Remove from oven and add large pieces of cooked lobster to fill shells. Sprinkle with seasoned bread crumbs. Melt butter and mix with lemon juice. Pour over crumbs and bake at 475 for 5 minutes or until hot.
