Ingredients:

800 gm fish fillets
250 gm scallops
8 x prawns, raw
1 x red capsicum
1 x green capsicum
2 x onions, medium
2 slc bacon
----------------- GLAZE: ----------------
60 gm butter
1/4 cup honey
2 tsp curry powder
2 tsp soy sauce
Instructions:
Instructions: Curry glaze:
Heat all ingredients together until butter is melted. Mix well.

Peel onion and quarter. Separate pieces.

Cut capsicum and bacon into 2 cm squares.

Cut fish into 2cm cubes.

Skewer seafood, bacon and vegetables alternately onto wooden or metal skewers. Place on an oven tray and brush with glaze. Grill under high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side, brushing liberally with glaze during cooking.

Alternately, cook in a hot oven.

Serve on a bed of saffron rice and pour remaining glaze over.
