2 oz Sea scallops
2 oz Salmon, diced
2 oz Shrimp
2 tbl Mushrooms
1 tsp Green onion, chopped
1 tsp Olive oil
4 oz Heavy cream
1 oz Grated Parmesan cheese
1 oz Chardonnay
Instructions:
Instructions: Saute onions and mushrooms in olive oil. Add scallops, shrimp and salmon.

Saute until seafood begins to curl. Splash with white wine. Add heavy cream and bring to a boil. Add parmesan cheese till it thickens. Serve in casserole topped with chopped parsley.
