Ingredients:

450 gm salmon fillet cut into 25mm cubes
1 tbl olive oil
350 gm asparagus each spear cut diagonally into 3
----------------- For the mayonnaise: ----------------
300 ml readymade mayonnaise
2 tbl capers chopped
2 tsp fresh tarragon chopped
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix together the mayonnaise ingredients. Oil a ridged castiron grill pan heat until very hot then sear the fish for 4 to 5 minutes on each side.

Cook the asparagus on the pan for 4 to 5 minutes.

Thread asparagus and salmon onto small wooden skewers and serve with the mayonnaise.
