Instructions: Rub the salmon with olive oil leave for half an hour or so.
For the salsa combine the remaining ingredients season and add a shake of cayenne. Stir in 1 tbsp olive oil. Add some chopped black olives if you like. Heat a frying or griddle pan to very hot this can take 10 minutes. Smear with a little oil and reheat to very hot. Add the salmon fillets season leave untouched for 2 minutes to form a crust. Turn season and cook to your liking: 2 to 5 minutes depending on thickness. Serve with the salsa. Serves 4 Email this Recipe:
