Instructions: Plunge the tomatoes into boiling water for 30 seconds then remove with a slotted spoon and plunge into cold water.
Drain then remove skins. Cook beans for 3 minutes and plunge into cold water. Drain. Preheat the grill to high. Grill the peppers. Sear the tuna in a hot pan for 1 minute on each side (it should be pink in the centre). Arrange the tomatoes beans pepper slices potatoes eggs and olives on plates dot with the tapenade and place tuna steaks on top. Season then drizzle over the dressing. Serves 4 Email this Recipe:
