Instructions: Combine the strawberries and powdered sugar in a food processor or blender. Pulse until smooth. Pour onto chilled dessert plates (with rim). Arrange the sliced fruit on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture. Serve immediately.
This recipe yields 4 generous servings. Comments: Other fruits may be substituted: apples, nectarines, grapes, apricots. Can also garnish with mint leaves.
