Instructions: Melt butter on cookie sheet. Put pecans on cookie sheet. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes. Combine soy sauce, salt, and Tabasco. Stir into pecans after baking. Lay on paper towel to cool. Store in airtight container if they last that long!
