Instructions: 1. Blend the cheese, 1/2 of the can of consomme, the garlic and the garam masala together. (This can best be done in a mixer or food processor.)
2. Pour into six individual dishes. Chill in the refrigerator until set (about 1 hour). 3. Put a coriander leaf on top of each. Warm the remaining consomme until liquid, spoon over each mousse and chill again for about half an hour. 4. Serve with rye bread or wholemeal toast.
