Instructions: Blend ricotta and cream cheese well. Blend in sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla, lemon juice, cornstarch, flour and butter. Fold in sour cream and blend well. Pour into 10" buttered spring form pan. Place in COLD oven and turn heat to 350 degrees. Bake for one hour. DO NOT open the open door. Turn the oven off and leave for 2-1/2-3 hours. Take out and let cool, you get to figure out how to take it off the bottom of the pan or not and then refrigerate. Good to the last drop.. Enjoy:))
