3 med onions, sliced
1/2 lb mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup water
2 cup seitan, cubed
1 cup red wine
1/2 cup vegetable broth
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 tsp dried marjoram
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1/8 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Place the onion and mushrooms in a large pot with the water. Saute for about 15 minutes or til tender. Add the remaining ingredients, except for the cornstarch mixture. Cover and cook over medium-low heat for about 45 minutes.

Add the cornstarch mixture. Cook, stirring, until thickened. Serve over grains.
