Instructions: Heat butter in pan, when its hot, add semolina and saute it a bit until it becomes light brown in color. 3-4 minutes should be fine. Keep stirring constantly.
Add sugar and cardamom, keep stirring and then add milk. Cook until all the milk and sugar is absorbed. This would take some 5 odd minutes. Serve hot. Sheera is done! Email this Recipe:
