1 tbl extra-virgin olive oil
2 tsp chopped fresh garlic
1 cup sliced mushrooms
4 oz peeled medium shrimp
3/4 tbl fresh basil ribbons
3/4 cup marinara sauce
Cooked linguine
Fresh basil ribbons for garnish
Grated parmesan cheese for garnish
Instructions:
Instructions: Saute all ingredients together in a sauce pan until the garlic gives off a nutty, pleasant aroma and shrimp are pink and curled or about 3/4 of the way done.

Add basil and marinara sauce. Bring the mixture to a simmer and pour onto cooked linguine. Garnish with fresh basil ribbons, parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
