Comments: All the flavors of Mexico are captured in this cheesy low-fat dip. When served with baked tortilla chips, only 18% of the calories come from fat. Ole Dip: Substitute reduced-fat Monterey Jack cheese or taco cheese for Cheddar cheese. Spicy Mustard Dip: Omit tortilla chips. Substitute 2 teaspoons spicy brown or honey mustard for salsa.
