Instructions: In small bowl, dissolve cornstarch in soy sauce; stir in chili sauce and sesame oil and set aside. In large skillet or wok, stir-fry broccoli and red pepper 1 minute. Add mushrooms and onions; stir-fry 1 minute. Stir in chili sauce mixture; heat, stirring, until sauce is thickened and vegetables are coated. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
