Instructions: Rinse chicken; pat dry with paper towels. Rub sesame oil on both sides of chicken pieces; sprinkle with pepper. Place chicken on the unheated rack of
a broiler pan. Broil 4 to 5 inches from the heat for 5 minutes. Turn chicken; broil for 5 to 7 minutes more or till tender and no longer pink. Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan combine chicken broth, green onion, sesame seed, lemon peel, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir for 2 minutes more.
