Instructions: Heat the wok over high heat. When wok is smoking hot, swirl in oil. Let oil settle, and stir in chicken. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Stir in ginger root and soy sauce. Cook, stirring, until chicken is cooked, about 5 minutes.
Add peas, sesame oil and sesame seeds. Continue stir-frying for 2 minutes. Remove and serve with cooked white rice. Serves: 4 Email this Recipe:
