1 lb chicken tenderloins cut in 1/2 inch pieces
1 tbl peanut oil
1 tbl ginger root, finely grated
1 tbl soy sauce
1 lb sugar snap peas
1 tsp spicy sesame oil
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat the wok over high heat. When wok is smoking hot, swirl in oil. Let oil settle, and stir in chicken. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Stir in ginger root and soy sauce. Cook, stirring, until chicken is cooked, about 5 minutes.

Add peas, sesame oil and sesame seeds. Continue stir-frying for 2 minutes.

Remove and serve with cooked white rice.

Serves: 4
