1/4 cup light soy sauce
1 tbl seasoned rice vinegar
2 tbl minced fresh ginger
1 tbl sesame seeds toasted
1 tsp vegetable oil
2 tsp dark sesame oil
2 x scallions chopped
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix together first 7 ingredients for marinade and place in a glass dish or resealable plastic bag big enough to hold fish. Pat salmon steaks dry and place in marinade, turning to coat well. Refrigerate up to 1 hour while you start the fire.

When fire is hot, take fish from marinade and place directly on oiled grill grate. Cook about 5 minutes per side, until fish is done to your taste.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
