1/4 cup	Sour cream or yogurt, Regular or Low Fat
1 tbl	Butter, unsalted
2 cup	All-purpose flour, unbleached
3/4 cup	Uncooked oatmeal, not instant
1 tbl	Dark brown sugar, packed
3/4 cup	Sesame seeds, toasted
1/2 tsp	Salt
1/2 tsp	Active dry yeast

1/2 cup	Sour cream or yogurt, Regular or Low Fat
2 tbl	Butter, unsalted
3 cup	All-purpose flour, unbleached
1/4 cup	Uncooked oatmeal, not instant
2 tbl	Dark brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup	Sesame seeds, toasted
3/4 tsp	Salt

Instructions:

Instructions: Pour all wet ingredients into bread machine baking pan. Measure all other ingredients except yeast into baking pan. Sprinkle yeast over dry ingredients, being carefull not to get yeast wet. Use rapid bake cycle on your machine for this loaf.
