Instructions: Preheat the oven to 220 C, 425 F, Gas Mark 7.
Place the potatoes in a large saucepan of cold water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Drain well. Heat the oil in a large roasting tray, place in the potatoes and toss well in the oil. Cook for 45-60 minutes until brown and crisp, basting and turning frequently. Halfway through cooking, sprinkle with sesame seeds. NOTES : A delicious way to serve roast potatoes.
