Instructions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees and lightly oil a large shallow roasting or half-sheet pan.
In a small bowl, combine oyster sauce, rice wine, sesame oil and peanut oil. Arrange asparagus in a single layer in pan. Pour oyster sauce mixture over asparagus and roll vegetables to coat evenly. Roast 10 minutes. Shake pan. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and roast another 5 minutes, until asparagus is tender and lightly browned. Serve immediately. Email this Recipe:
