Instructions: 1. Lightly grease the unheated rack of the broiler pan; arrange the fillets atop the rack.
2. In a bowl, combine melted butter, lemon juice, and parsley. Brush fillets with mixture. Broil fillets 4 inches from heat for 4 minutes. 3. Turn fillets and brush with more butter mixture.
